We have had another action-packed day today! Started off an the Japanese submarine base where we went snorkelling and for a walk to explore the Japanese bunkers and hideouts. It was such great fun, we loved running through the tunnels!
We had a picnic lunch before setting off to the Rabaul Volcano Observatory where we learnt all about how the volcano activity is monitored. Then this afternoon, we visited the Japanese underground hospital and barge tunnels! We are just having too much fun, maybe we'll stay for an extra week!
